Bill Clinton to Deliver Howard Commencement Speech


University President Sidney Ribeau said Tuesday that Clinton would deliver the speech on May 11. Ribeau says Clinton's example as a leader, humanitarian and advocate and his commitment to public service will inspire the class of 2013.

St. Louis is venue for Stephen Colbert-Bill Clinton interview

Stephen Colbert will interview former President Bill Clinton and host the closing session of the sixth annual Clinton Global Initiative University meeting April 6 at Washington University.

From the Clinton Foundation Empowering Female Farmers to Uplift Communities

The Clinton Development Initiative established the Anchor Farm Project in 2008 to help smallholder farmers in Malawi create sustainable farming solutions and increase their income.  Since then, the project has expanded to include four 1,000 hectare “anchor” farms that partner with more than 21,000 local smallholder farmers, and provide them with access to quality inputs for maize and soya production, agronomic training, and access to formal markets.
