Today in Haiti, President Clinton announced a commitment from Ohio-based industrial manufacturer Greif to donate 40 tons of steel to artisan workers in Croix de Bouquets. In spite of the economic challenges Greif faces at home, they're helping to bring new opportunity to others. President Clinton was joined in the announcement by Scott Griffin of Greif, Mayor Darius of Croix-de-Bouquets, Congressman Alexis, and local Haitian artisan Serge Jolimeau — and is pictured here with other local artisans.
