Recalling the Bill Clinton administration
I recently returned to Independence, Mo., my childhood hometown, to hear former President Bill Clinton deliver a speech at the Harry S. Truman Presidential Library and Museum, where Clinton was presented this year's Truman award for outstanding public service.
