Former President Bill Clinton says stimulus plan could grow Inland-area jobs
WASHINGTON - The U.S. economic crisis has created an opportunity for the nation to transform and grow its depleted workforce -- particularly in hard-hit areas such as Inland Southern California, former President Bill Clinton said Monday.
Speaking in Washington to a national workforce group headed by Riverside's Jamil Dada, Clinton praised President Barack Obama's plan to create millions of jobs through a $787 billion combination of spending and tax cuts
