Haitian Relief Organization (JPHRO)?
The J/P Haitian Relief Organization (JPHRO) was quickly set up by celebrity actor and humanitarian Sean Penn immediately after the devastating earthquakes that struck Haiti in January 2010. The non-profit charity organization was developed to assist in bringing relief aid and supplies to the Haitian community as quickly as possible. JPHRO also works with hospitals, government agencies and religious organizations to determine the most effective way to continue with medical aid and rebuild communities.
