Bill Clinton in Chicago for public rally for Emanuel

Clinton will appear at a rally for Emanuel at 11 a.m. at the Chicago Cultural Center, Emanuel’s campaign said today. It also said the event is open to the public and tickets are available at the campaign Web site. Clinton will also be headlining a fundraiser for Emanuel that day.
