New York Times Jerusalem bureau chief Ethan Bronner at Clinton Center

You and guest are invited to attend “The Israeli-Palestinian Conflict, American Policy and the Arab Uprisings: A Report from the Field” by Ethan Bronner.

Ethan Bronner has been Jerusalem bureau chief of The New York Times since early 2008 following four years as the paper’s deputy foreign editor. This is his third tour in Jerusalem. He was Middle East correspondent for The Boston Globe in the first half of the 1990s and deputy bureau chief for Reuters in the mid-1980s. In his 14 years at The New York Times he has also been assistant editorial page editor, education editor and national education correspondent. He helped edit a series on al Qaeda that was awarded the 2001 Pulitzer Prize for explanatory journalism. Bronner is a graduate of Wesleyan University and of the Graduate School of Journalism at Columbia University. He has served on the board of trustees at Wesleyan and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
