UPDATE Clinton Global commitment to rebuild after Sandy

To help rebuild areas affected by Hurricane Sandy, The NYC Teachers Retirement System will invest $1 billion in infrastructure improvements for transportation, power, water, communications and housing in New York City and the tri-state area.
