Bill Clinton to visit River Walk, Cisneros in February

Former President Bill Clinton is returning to the Alamo City next month, this time to present an award to a former mayor and member of his cabinet.
Clinton, the 42nd president of the United States, will award former San Antonio Mayor Henry Cisneros the World Affairs Council's International Citizen Award in the Alamo City on Feb. 26.
