Former President Bill Clinton will speak at The Washington Institute for Near East Policy tonight in New York City where he is this year’s winner of the Scholar-Statesman Award which “celebrates outstanding figures who, through their public service and professional achievements, exemplify the idea that sound scholarship and historical understanding are essential to the definition of wise and effective U.S. policy in the Middle East
