An Apology to former President Bill Clinton for That PBS Documentary

Now my rant. I also read in the paper that the program, like all PBS "educational" programs, was partly financed by the US government and partly by an anonymous donor (curious who). I can see this running on Fox, but PBS??? This confuses me for sure.
