The essays will be judged by a panel of influential community members including City of St. Augustine Mayor Joe Boles, St. Johns County Council on Aging Executive Director Cathy Brown, St. John's County School District Executive Director for Curriculum Timothy Egnor, St. Johns County School Board District 3 Representative Bill Mignon, St. Johns County Commissioner Mark Miner, St. Johns County Cultural Events Division General Manager Ryan Murphy, Herbie Wiles Insurance President Doug Wiles and Northeast Florida Regional Airport Executive Director Ed Wuellner.
