Former President Bill Clinton provided a raucous send-off for North Dakota Democrats' statewide ticket Saturday, saying Senate candidate Heidi Heitkamp, House hopeful Pam Gulleson and prospective governor Ryan Taylor will forswear partisan fighting and "just go to work."
