the most anticipated event was an address by former President Bill Clinton. If someone like Clinton is embracing the cleantech industry in these hard times, the thinking went, maybe things aren’t so bad.
“I’m not quite sure why I’m here, because I’m not a scientist, I’m famously technologically challenged,” Clinton told the crowd of 2,500 scientists, academics and entrepreneurs yesterday. “I’m really here to say, ‘Go get ‘em.’”
