Clinton will visit Rhode Island Thursday, July 29, for a rally to galvanize campaign volunteers, according to Caprio campaign manager Xay Khamsyvoravong.
Details, including the location of the event and the availability of tickets, have not yet been determined. Caprio has been in talks over the past few weeks with Clinton aide Doug Band, and Clinton's office confirmed the visit Tuesday.
