Trying to make your home more energy efficient? What if you had to replace 6,514 windows? That’s what the Empire State Building is doing as part of a retrofitting project with the Clinton Climate Initiative. Along with new insulation and other retrofits, the building is expected to cut energy use by 38 percent.
