Former Democratic President Bill Clinton is slated to appear Sept. 9 in Nashville --- at an undisclosed location --- to boost the gubernatorial campaign of Democrat Mike McWherter.

I volunteered after Katrina and lived in New Orleans for about 6 months, when Bill did a talk at Dillard University stomping for Hillary and local Dems running for office in 2008! I shook his hand, saw his ruddy face pretty up close and personal, and it was an honor. I LOVE BILL, HILLARY & CHELSEA! I even stored a copy of their public Clinton Mezvinsky wedding portrait on my computer, because they'll always be This Generation's Preeminent First Family to me! We watched Chelsea grow up to be a Lovely Young Woman! The Clinton Years were Peaceful & Prosperous! I am nostalgic for them today! L'Chaim to them & Best Wishes for a surging boost for Mr McWherter here in The State of Tennessee where I now reside!
