Bill Clinton Discusses Climate Change
Clinton told the gathered crowd of leaders that the main setback to enacting climate change legislation in most countries has been the perceived cost of enacting changes. However, as we’ve reported on numerous occasions, the economic benefits of switching to a greener economy far outweigh the costs of change.

Until Oil Profits no longer go towards purchasing items that rely on oil, I don't think there is a realistic way to change over.
