Former President Bill Clinton will appear with Representatives Maurice Hinchey and Dan Maffei during a Monday swing through Upstate America.
Clinton will appear with Hinchey in Binghamton at 6:30 at the Holiday Inn on Hawley Street and then travel to the Syracuse Airport, where he will hold a rally with Maffei in a hangar. Doors open for the people hoping to attend at 7:30 p.m.
