He was joined by Dr. Wafaa El-Sadr, professor of medicine and epidemiology at Columbia University, and other panelists representing non-profit and community initiatives seeking to prevent the spread of AIDS. The event was sponsored by Columbia’s International Center for AIDS Care and Treatment Programs (ICAP) and the William J. Clinton Foundation.
