Bill Clinton to talk at symposium on Bosnian war

Clinton is to give the keynote address Tuesday at a symposium held at his presidential library in Little Rock.
The symposium, called "Bosnia, Intelligence, and the Clinton Presidency," will also feature appearances by former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright and retired Gen. Wesley Clark

The "Ideas Matter" essay contest encourages high school juniors and seniors to discuss and develop innovative solutions to pressing global challenges and compete for a $2,500 college scholarship.
