Brazil appears to have the best long-term prospects among rising economic powers, thanks to its stable policy framework, ample natural resources and good relationship with its neighbors, former U.S. President Bill Clinton said on Tuesday in a ringing endorsement of an economy that has struggled lately. Arkansas Dems to honor Bill Clinton at convention

The Democratic Party of Arkansas says it will honor former President Bill Clinton at a fundraising event at next month's Democratic National Convention.
The party says the event will be held Sept. 4 at The Westin in Charlotte, N.C., where the convention will be held. Tickets will cost $150 each.
