The Alliance for a Healthier Generation, a partnership between the Clinton Foundation and the American Heart Association, and the American Beverage Association have delivered on a three-year commitment to remove remove full-calorie soft drinks from schools across the country and replace them with lower-calorie, smaller-portion beverages. President Clinton announces that this joint effort has resulted in 88 percent fewer beverage calories being shipped to schools.
