The William J. Clinton Foundation and the Arkansas Arts Council welcome Kennedy Center President Michael M. Kaiser to Little Rock for the 2012 Arkansas Arts Summit to be held April 17-18, 2012. The Summit is a two-day conference designed to help build and maintain strong arts organizations.
